I can’t help you directly but can give you a couple links.
The Three Rivers Inline Club (www.skatepittsburgh.com/) is primarily an inline skate club but they love skating and may know some good sources for quad skates.
The Steel City Derby Demons (www.steelcityderbydemons.com/) is a Roller Derby league. Roller Derby people skate on quad skates. Their web site has a links page. I had a hard time reading the ugly colors on it but could see that it did have a listing of local rinks, which tend to also sell skates.
If there isn’t a specific skate shop listed there, I would send an email to the league and ask the question of them. These are people who skate a lot and will know who is knowledgable locally.
